Returns & Refunds

- We accept Returns and issue Refunds for certain products that are returned to us in an unused and re-saleable condition within (10) Ten Days of receipt.

- The returns can be sent to DECORATIVA or directly to the Affiliate of the product. We are not responsible for pick-up. Please schedule the return by sending an email to ventas@decorativa.com.do. 

- Any Return or Refund will require the presentation of the original invoice or gift ticket. All products should be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition. Products marked “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

- Upon acceptance of the Refund, the customer will receive a store credit that can be used within a maximum period of 1 year. We do not give cash back.
